The eyes are the most defining feature of the face, and full lashes really help them pop! If you would like to achieve gorgeous length, thickness, and fullness, our estheticians at Alessandra Farra Skin Care can provide luscious eyelash extensions in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

How long will applying eyelash extensions take?
The eyelash extension application process takes about two hours and can be maintained with touch-ups every three to four weeks.

Can the glue get in my eyes?
Your eyes will be shut while the lash extensions are being applied, so no glue will get in your eye. However, some people are allergic to the glue. This does not mean that the glue is inherently harmful.

What if I cry while my eyelash extensions are being applied?
Getting eyelash extensions should be a completely pain-free experience. If you notice any burning or discomfort during the procedure that makes your eyes tear up, please say something. Our estheticians may need to change the glue.

How often do I need to have my lash extensions redone?
Your lash extensions will last through a full growth cycle of your natural eyelashes, which is typically six to eight weeks. Each person’s lash cycle is variable, so having lash maintenance every three to four weeks will ensure a continually full look.

Can I wear mascara?
If you would like to wear mascara with your extensions, only apply it at the tips and with a very light hand. This will be enough to give your eyes the desired “pop.” If you use mascara at the base of the extensions, they will get very clumpy.

Will the process damage my natural lashes?
If applied properly, the process does not mar the health of your natural lashes. Do not rub your eyes or tug at your eyelash extensions because this could cause eyelash loss and even damage the natural eyelashes.
